Gamicopter is a no-contract, pre-paid subscription service, billed monthly or annually. We offer significant discount of 30% on our annual plans.  If you are an agency or a corporate customer, we may also offer you post paid invoicing, wherein you will be billed after completion of services. We may also offer campaign credits or wallet based account management to some of our agency partners.

While we do not offer any refund of our pre-paid plans (except in certain circumstances, at the sole discretion of our billing team), we do offer a free trial period, which is a great way to demo GamiCopter and determine if it works for your business.

As a policy, we do not provide refunds of any of our paid subscription plans. You are free to try our demo plan and then subscribe to any of our paid plans. We do offer refunds in exceptional cases. If you signed up for a paid plan by mistake and are not yet ready to start your campaigns, please write to This email address is being protected from spambots. Please note that for any refund to be processed, you should not have actively used any of GamiCopter’s functionality under the plan in question. Request for refund of Annual subscription fees paid will not be entertained, irrespective of whether the services has been used partially or fully during the annual subscription period.

If Gamicopter experienced a major outage that had a significant impact on your promotion, we’ll issue a partial refund for the outage period. Alternatively, we may also credit your account with additional days, based on the outage period. Please note that as per our terms of usage, our liability in case of outage is limited to partial refunds or subscription credits for the outage period, and does not cover any business loss or damage. There is no warranty or guarantee of any kind, whatsoever.

Please also note that while GamiCopter makes it easy for you to launch social media campaigns and promotions, it does not guarantee business results or revenue. The success of your promotion depends on your ability to promote your campaign. We will not provide refunds or credits for poorly performing campaigns.
